Shipping policy

Same Day Dispatch
Same day dispatch is available for all orders received before 12.00pm (AEST) each business day. All orders received after 12.00pm and on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders are dispatched daily from Two Red Doors (Millmerran, QLD) during normal business hours.

Delivery Delays: Due to increased precautions taken by our shipping partners, as well as other contributing factors like fewer domestic flights and increased volumes, some orders might get affected by unexpected delays. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery incurs a flat fee of $14.95 per order Australia wide, no matter how many products are in it. Express delivery is available on some products however please note that there may be delivery delays to previous express time frames. Large and fragile products including lamps and furniture items have custom delivery fees. Free standard delivery is provided on purchases over $150.00 which do not include large or fragile products.

Shipping Carrier
Most parcels are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. This delivery service is secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode with a tracking number allowing us to fully track your parcel.

Tracking of Shipments
When we dispatch your goods, a Tracking Number is emailed to the email address you provided at the time you placed your order. This allows you to track the item at the Australia Post website. Please note that an accurate email address must be provided to be able to track your order.

Acceptance of Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges are paid for the original dispatch and are not refundable. With this in mind, it's best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible (ensure you can accept them at work).
